Great location for checking out nearby restaurants and bars. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is a good size. It’s awesome having a fireplace and a chill lounge area in the room. Really sets the mood for a relaxing stay! 🔥

Our family room with a clean bathroom was spotless. Location: the hotel was very close to all the core landmarks in Edinburgh, Edinburgh in September,2011, and friendly. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Salisbury Arms.

The venue is placed in a central position close to the center. Btw, it's set in Newington district not far from town centre, buses, trams, events and weather and the Bellevue Guest House.

I loved this Victorian hotel and would highly recommend it. The weather was pleasant and I had a really nice stay over the weekend. My small double room was neat and had an en suite bathroom with continental breakfast included. The room was equipped with central heating, coffee/tea making facilities, and a TV, as well as smoke detectors for safety measures.

The personnel was excellent, and the owner too. The location was perfect, a minute walk from Earthy Foods & Goods. The property was set in a calm area.

The reception area can be quite noisy due to the flagstone flooring, which may affect the overall ambiance of the guest house.

Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, we found Bellevue Guest House to be a good value for the price. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Edinburgh.
